Dear Sir,
Mr Goldney <1> assures me that he thinks the Expence of proving Mr Fussells <2> Title will not exceed £20. Mr Little has marked off 3 acres on the map furnished by the Railway Company in the way you directed and I will take it with me to Lacock tomorrow in the hope of finding you at home.
I will thank you to send me the Abstract of Mr Fussells Title which Mr Goldney sent you or Mr King <3> that I may examine it previous to preparing your Conveyance.
