Dear Sir,
I forward your Policy: amongst the instructions I <illegible> the following, “The office should be informed, both with respect to Insurance on buildings and on Goods, if there be any Steam Engine, <Coakel?>, Still, Furnace, Oven<,> Kiln, or Implement of any kind for producing Heat, other than Common Fire-places in Dwellinghouses” and “in all cases where Stoves are used, the length of the Pipe from the Wall must be stated, and the Agent must also state that in his opinion the Stove is securely fixed”
I will pay £200 to Mrs Talbot’s <1> account at the Melksham Bank tomorrow.
