Dear Sir,
I shall feel obliged by your directing me how to pay over the Rents I received on your Account yesterday – I could not leave the Inn or I shod have waited upon you, understanding you had returned home. I have paid £200ּ for the Field which you directed me to purchase and can pay over £700 more. I trust you are all much benefitted by your late change of air and residence
I remain Dear Sir Yours faithfully & obliged
