Dear Sir,
I attended the Vestry Meeting at Lacock to day and read your Letter offering to present the Parish half an Acre of Land adjoining the Melksham Road for a new Cemetery, when it was unanimously resolved that your liberal offer be gratefully accepted and a Committee was appointed for carrying out the object proposed. I was requested to communicate to you the cordial thanks of the Meeting, and as soon as the Committee have sketched out the proposed Enclosure to lay it before you for your inspection; I am going into Essex on Monday but intend to get back to London on Tuesday Night – if you would like to see me on Wednesday Morning and will send me a line at Grays Inn Coffee House, Holborn, I shall be happy to call upon you at any time you will come
I remain dear Sir Your obliged Servt
