Dear Sir,

I have submitted £300 to Messrs Coutts <2> for your Credit – I understood from Mr Barnes that the Sum he named in his Letter wod include every Charge but if there is any ambiguity or doubt about it I would apply to him again –

The Solrs for the Lackham Estate reside in London (Harrison & Finch of Grays Inn Sq;) but if you will mention the particular field or fields wch you would like to purchase perhaps I cod ascertain from Mr Rooke <3> whether they wod be disposed to sell separately
