Dear Sir,

I shall be happy to assist you in your search for the Document w^ch the Earl Talbot ^<2> requires at your convenience. I am preparing the Exchange Deed referred to in your former letter ^<3> – I have obtained an Estimate from Charles Banks ^<4> for making a Drain for carrying off the Water which falls on the walk side of the Chancel – w^ch I annex –
