I shall be happy to assist you in your search for the Document wch the Earl Talbot <2> requires at your convenience. I am preparing the Exchange Deed referred to in your former letter <3> I have obtained an Estimate from Charles Banks <4> for making a Drain for carrying off the Water which falls on the walk side of the Chancel wch I annex
