Dear Sir,
I received the Draft Lease and am altering it according to your instructions – Mr Starky <2> has promised to consider your proposal, but it is difficult to meet with him at home – He seems quite disposed to do any thing in his power to accommodate you, till the line of transit is determined or it is impossible to settle the Leases
I will see you immediately after I have seen or heard differently from Mr Starky.
