The Rental of Ash Hill Farm is £164 – The Red Lion Inn &c is included in your own Settlement – but I will give you the particulars of some other property which with Ash Hill Farm will be ample Sec^y for £5000 – I will not detain your Servant now but write again by Post – I will pay over the £750 as you direct.
