Dear Sir,

I have paid £100ּ to Mrs Talbots <2> Account at the Melksham Bank – I have not yet been able to see Mr Bailey but hope to do so tomorrow – I hear that Mr Brotherhood has been obliged to give up his Contract for want of sufficient Securities!
