I have appointed your Audit for Monday next – the 28^th ins^t immediately after which I will pay £400· to your Acc^t at the Bank of S. at Edinburgh –

I hope you will give me the pleasure of seeing you when you are at the Abbey – I shall be engaged from home on the 5^th May.
