Dear Sir,

I consider that the formation of the Bowden Hill District will be a decided gain to the present and future Incumbents of Lacock in the saving of a Curate, and otherwise by diminishing the Amo^t of work & labor in parochial visitation – without in any way diminishing any Emoluments in the shape of Tithes &c
