Dear Sir,

Agreeably with your Letter ^<2> of yesterday I send you on the other side a Copy of the Letter from M^r Coombs, to which you refer. it is dated by mistake 9 Nov: instead of Dec^r as will appear by reference to the Post mark.

I wrote to him for the Draft Conveyance as you desired – He promises to send it to me as soon as he receives it from M^r Minchin ^<3> – I will forward it to M^r King ^<4>.
