Dear Sir,
Agreeably with your Letter <2> of yesterday I send you on the other side a Copy of the Letter from Mr Coombs, to which you refer. it is dated by mistake 9 Nov: instead of Decr as will appear by reference to the Post mark.
I wrote to him for the Draft Conveyance as you desired – He promises to send it to me as soon as he receives it from Mr Minchin <3> – I will forward it to Mr King <4>.
