Dear Sir,

On reference to your Fire Insurance Policy I find the reduction of duty will be £4Ì9Ì9: pr Ann: There was no offer for any of your Cottages in Forest Lane at the Auction yesterday – but a small piece of Garden Ground in Melksham Parish <2> sold for £46– £6– beyond the reserved price

I think I may have an offer for the cottage by private contract.
