Will you kindly tell Mrs Talbot <3> that I have received, as her proxy – the usual Voting Paper for Candidates for the Asylum for Idiots, and unless I hear from her to the contrary I will fill it up as before in favor of Miss Gladstones Nominee – The Election will take place on the 27th Inst
