Dear Sir,

I enclose a Certificate which you should send to Mr Spencer <2> the Registrar as soon as your son <3> has been Xtned. in order that he may add the name in his Register –

I think I have arranged with Haywards Brother to take Wick Farm <4> at Mr Munday’s Valuation, as being allowed £50 from the first Years Rent – I shall be able to say positively in a day or two –
