Sir
In answer to your last, I think it would be impossible to say the number I may take all care and attention I can devote to it shall be done – They will however I hope be considerable but should it entirely fail of course I can have no objection to the licence being considered void relative to the 30 per cent clear it appears to me to be really half, 1/3 for patent 1/3 rent personal attendance &c 1/3d myself divide 1/3 for attendance &c equally ½ or 1/6 will be placed to patent ½ or 1/6 to myself. I wish Mr Talbot to look over the above and as I hope to pass through Chippenham early in the next week I will leave the train and call on you personally I am sorry I am not able now to state the day exactly but I will as soon as I can do so apprize you of it – I however hope to be able to see you on Monday next
I remain SirYour most obliged
W West
