Dear Sir,
The Vestry, for consideration of the subject of the Work House – is postponed to the 29th – I mention it, in case you should have had any Idea of coming to Lacock about that time – I sent Particulars of the Cottage about to be purchased by Mr Harman – to Mr King <1>, several Weeks ago, requesting him to forward the Conveyance for your signature – in order that the purchase Money might be recd from Mr Harman – Have you heard from him upon the subject? –
I have recd a few Arrears of Rent since the Audit – when you write next I will trouble you to mention, where you wish the next remittance to be made –
