Dear Sir,
I enclose Heales Agreement for planting at Ash Hill – Brinsden says that when he got it signed he promised Heale he would ask for d5/· extra the £6– on account of the planting – I have a letter from Jones <2> of Salisbury stating that his charges are “for apartments with fire d 3/– pr day & Wax lights 2/6 <ap?>r Beds d 5/– & Servants Beds 2/6 – Hay for each one Horse each Day & Night 1s/6d– & Oats 6 d pr Quartern”– I presume I may direct him to prepare for your reception.
