Dear Sir,
I enclose the Letter <2> to Dr Starkey for your perusal & in case you should wish it altered in any way, I will beg the favor your doing so & returning it by Bearer I can then write another before I leave home this Evening – I saw Mr Conyers <3> yesterday, but could not induce him to take the Premises in the way you propose – He says that his Mother has a great objection to renting but will still be glad to add two Lives to the present Lease for £500· in case you should feel inclined to alter your opinion about it –
I send herewith the Book wch my Son has filled up to the present time. also four years Vouchers which you have sent me at different times –
Your Seal is at Mr Alfred King’s <4> Watchmaker, & will be finished by tomorrow –
