Your paper on the production of instantaneous photographic images, reached me yesterday, too late for me to acknowledge receipt of it to you immediately. I am taking care of this task today. I will present it next Monday to the Academy, in accordance with your wish; and I will read it personally before them; after which I will read most closely the proofs of the issue of the compte rendu, in which it will be included.
Please believe the pleasure that I will always take in being of service to you, in all matters.
