My dear Mr. Talbot –

I propose paying another visit to your interesting, & “august” abode, chiefly because I wish to show the Abbey, whose story I have told, to M^r Sergeant & his new bride M^rs Sergeant Merewether. ^<1> If you are at home we shall rejoice, if not I shall trust to the welcome Old Bowles has always found
