Sir
I enclose the report of the Chemist upon the sample of Ore you sent me in a letter. I am sorry it has not turned out better, but <Silcic?> is the Original sin of all the Wiltshire ores I have as yet seen –
A bore of ore has just arrived, which having no mark on the outside I apprehend to be from you – I receive so many cases of Ore from different parts of England that I am not always certain – when the cases are Unmarked – from whence they come – This case will be operated upon in a few days.
I remain Sir yr obt servt
Geo. T. Clark
