Mr Dry mon solicitor n’a pas encore eu de communication avec Mr Carpmael <2> & il est prêt à examiner l’acte qui a du être préparé par votre solicitor. Je régrette beaucoup que les choses ne soient pas plus avancées parceque j’ai besoin d’aller à Paris avant le retour du beau temps. je vous prie donc instamment de donner des instructions à Mr Carpmael pour que cette affaire soit promptement terminée.
Vous n’avez pas répondu à ma dernière lettre <3> au sujet de la fixation du prix des épreuves representant des vues. J’espère que ma lettre vous sera bien parvenue.

I very much regret that matters have not proceeded further because I need to go to Paris before the fine weather returns. Therefore, please give Mr Carpmael instructions at once so that this affair can be concluded promptly.
You have not replied to my last letter about fixing the price of prints depicting views. I hope that my letter reached you.
