Dear Sir

I enclose you the copy of the Agreement, <1> but shall be glad if you will let me know, by letter, if you are not coming to town soon, whether you are in treaty with any one for the sale or management of the patent, and if not, on what terms you would enter into negociation on the subject, as I think a party whom I know might be inclined if not too high
