My Dear Sir
I am glad to receive your letter as evidently mine has miscarried
Herewith you will receive a private proof of Mr Smith’s paper for your personal use
The Transactions are ready and merely wait the “confirmation of the Publication Commee which meets on Wednesday next I should be glad to have your paper (is it on the prophets Etc<?>) by the March Meeting, or April at the latest as I shall try hard to issue Col II part I in July 73.
We hope to obtain in a few weeks a fine library of nearly 400 Vols. being that of the old Syro Egyptien <sic>, Anglo Biblical, and Chronological societies. Most of whose Members now belong to the S. B. A. It has given me much trouble and no small expense, but I think that now we are sure to obtain the books. and when we can muster 200 Members we shall be in a prosperous condition
I remain My Dear Sir Yrs faly
