I have written to you in reply to your last letter <1> and have also left a note for you at the British Museum as I heard that you would be in town shortly
I have seen Bagsters <2> and they are very urgent as to the delivery of the MSS in three weeks exact. Enclosed is a list of materials, and as it is very important that this first vol should be as varied in its contents as possible I shall be greatly obliged by your writing word at once what other translations you would be able to favor us with. there [sic] are many enquiries for the work
I hope that you received your copy of Vol II Pt I <3> sent ten days ago, safely
The issue will exactly resemble Blackwoods Ancient Classics for English Readers, <4> but will be got up in a better style
