My dear Sir
The cylinder of King Urzana was I believe never in the Museum; all I can learn of it is, that it was in the possession of Sir William Ouseley, and that Mr Doubleday made a cast of it a copy of which is now before me In the fourth line I find
[ill. del.] may not that be a form of Urarda? as I see in the 3rd line
& other characters which I cannot read
I have found an inscription of the oblelisk King on which the name is written
Thanking you very much for your second most acceptable present
I remain yours very truly
William H. Coxe
