A Elliott begs to inform Mr Talbot, that an alteration has taken place in the conveyance of the Letters and Bags to Lacock. She will if Mr Talbot approves make up his Bag, and send and receive it on the payment of the accustomed annual ffee [sic], or otherwise send his Letters with the other Lacock Letters, in which case it will be unnecessary to send the Abbey Bag to Chippenham.
