Tuesday evening <1>
London

My dear Henry

The accompanying paper was brought here yesterday by Mr Stilwell <2> – It is to enable Mamma <3> to recover a certain sum from the Assurance Office <4>, & to effect this, it is necessary it should be filled up in the proper manner – The whole of the first part as you perceive, must be written & signed by Mr Cutler <5> – but the latter part must have Mr Paley’s <6> signature – Pray therefore see that he puts it, with the date &c – & bring it back when you come, or send it by Wright <7> if he returns first, that it may be sent to Mr Cutler –

Ever yr affte Sister
Caroline
