I am happy to say Mama ^<1> is better than when I wrote this morning – & stronger – D^r H. ^<2> has been here again & found a decided improvement She thought as you had wanted to come up Monday it was a pity you sh^d not as now of course we cannot leave town for some days & there can be no sweeping &c going on till we do. That was why she wished you to come I dispatch Wright ^<3> with this to Kensington, thinking it will make you easier about her
