My dear Henry

I shall be very much obliged to you if you will tell me the proper name of the Blue Pea, that I enclose I have had it for many years under the name of “Lacock Pea” I had it from Lanelay where it went by the same name – I used to ask dear Uncle William about my flowers as he was so kind & always took so much interest in my garden & when I wanted to know anything I used to enclose him a flower as I do now, & I shall be very glad if you will not think it too much trouble if I may do the same to you when I am at a loss & nobody can help me, in these parts –

I brought Annie home last Saturday from Clifton where she had been staying for the winter under the care of Dr Symonds – She is tolerably well & enjoys sitting out in the garden in which she takes great interest, though she is not strong enough to do anything in it–

With our love believe me your affecte cousin
Isabella C Franklen
