An Estimate for Carpenter’s and Joiner’s Work and Materials in fitting up 2 Rooms, Passage &c – as proposed at Lacock Abbey.

Furring up and levelling old joists making good with new ones where necessary providing and laying new Red deal floor over the whole, also new Quarter Partitions of the same material.

Providing and fitting up 3 new Doors with Mouldings, Architraves, Jaumbs &c. with Hinges & Locks – also a Moulded Skirting round the Rooms, Battening the new Wall for plastering in the Bath Room. <1> Fitting up and boxing Shutters to Window of Bed Room and of Bath Room towards the Stable Yard also Oak Lintels over the Windows

Making the Roof and Ceiling good round the Chimnies – Supplying Timber for supporting Bath and fixing also casing the Bath.

Fitting up a Cistern to supply the Boiler and sundry other Jobs. &c &c

The whole to be executed in a workmanlike manner with good materials for the sum of Thirty three pounds fifteen shillings
