I beg to acknowledge the receipt of your note and to inform you that the house your Butler saw was not the same as you want to see but a very much better house and nearer to the Park.

I have an excellent house in Eaton Place I can let for 6 or 8 weeks at 25 Guineas per week also one in Portman St only three doors from Portman Square elegantly furnished. rent 16 guineas per week for six weeks
