17th Nov 1835

My dear Sir,

In reply to Your favor of this date, the other two special Jurors Dr Teagman, and Mr Fuller & to the latter Gentleman I referrd [sic] the settling with the Under Sheriff on my account – I can hardly agree with You that we should decline accepting the sum tendered, – as there can be no doubt the charge has been already make by the Sheriff & the Duty was attended with expence to some of the Jurors but, I am perfectly willing You should be guided in Your answer by the majority, for I had really quite forgotten the matter Trusting You have long since recovered from Your excessive fatigue,

I remain, Yours most truly
W Gundry

H. F. Talbot Esqre
