Sir,
We are favored with your letter <1> of 15th Instant, and agreeably to your desire have the pleasure to enclose a copy of your account from the time it was last furnished.
We apprehend there is some mistake on your part in supposing there is a difference of 3 or 4 Pr Cent in the price of French Stock at Paris and London, as the difference is generally trifling; the following is the quotation Pr yesterday

No Power of Attorney is required for the purchase of Stock, but you can if you think proper give a general Power for sale; each particular Stock requiring a separate Power.
We shall request our Brokers to forward the transfer of the Anglo Mexican Mine shares as much as possible. Your order for the purchase of Mexican Stock at 55– cannot be done at present; the price yesterday was 57 @ 8.
