Replying to your favor <1> of 18th January we beg to acquaint you that our Broker sold a few days since your Anglo Mexican Mine Shares <2> at £20 pr share; we waited to give you advice in daily expectation of receiving the transfer paper which must be sent for your signature.
As it seems uncertain when we may obtain the letter from the Office, we think it right not to delay this notice. One hundred and fifty pounds were duly paid for your credit with the Chippenham bank as desired.
