I received the favour of your Letter, <1> and as I mentioned in your last <2> Letter I shall certainly make no further objection in acceding to your proposals; – I will however beg leave to observe that with respect to the Charge of £52 ··s10· d0 for the draw’. I certainly <illegible deletion> they occupied the time of a clerk for 4 months, as will appear by the office Books, and I will pay the Clerk £150 a year – I will have <illegible> acct judge whether I draw any profit whatever by the Transaction – Having mentioned this I shall conclude with again stating that I shall make no further objection to your proposed arrangement
