Dear Sir,
as one of the applications of Silver connecting itself with Art and Manufacture we desire to secure for this Museum a series of good illustrative specimens of all the Photographic processes As the originator of Photography in the country it is very much to be desired that we should possess illustrations of your processes. If, for this public purpose you kindly furnish us with a set of illustrations Sir Hy De la Beche <1> will, as Director, be happy to meet any expense. I shall be glad to hear from you shortly as in February I give a lecture (One of a course of Six to working men) on Photography and its applications and I am anxious to secure all the specimens I can by that occasion
I am Dear Sir Yours very truly
