I am not without hopes that with the advice of my friends a method may be found of avoiding all these difficulties which have be hitherto impeded the formation of the Phc Society.
In the meantime, as some expense has been ex incurred in printing, I would suggest that the Committee defray the same and shall be happy to send you my share of it, & will feel obliged by your sending me a copy of the resolutions that were printed – I shall have the pleasure of writing further to you on the subject in a week or ten days.
