New Burlington Street <1>

April 30 1836

Dear Sir

I am happy to say that the poor little Child, <2> the object of your benevolent care, is better &, I trust, in the way of further amendment.

I have not failed looking at it, at such Times as seemed to me necessary to advise the means of Relief – I was there on Thursday & saw the Mother, I have been again to Day & shall go on Monday –

The Condition is this – The violent Irritation of the Bowels is removed & there is a power of taking & retaining Food which is, at present, changed into healthy Nourishment –

Believe me Dear Sir
Very truly yours

R M Kerrison
