My dear Sir,
Almost all drafts of special Conveyances, (as that of Fisherton, will be,) are drawn in Town by some conveyancing Counsel & I presume that Mr Coombs adopts that mode. I am not acquainted with Mr Minchin, <1> but if he were to let me have the Papers it wod be highly improper on his part & quite inconsistent for me to ask, without the previous consent of Mr Combs, for them
I should hope that in the course of another week you will hear satisfactorily from Mr Finch & that I shall have the Draft from Mr Coomb <sic> but I don’t like the delay, which seems to me to be unnecessary & certainly does not look as tho’ the Money was ready.
