My dear Sir,

I have perused Your Agreement with Mr Beard <1> & consider that the several provisions therein will afford You every protection You can require. Tho’ the Terms do not in my opinion amount to a Partnership still I recommend that the declaratory Clause at the end shall remain part of the Agreement for it clearly removes any question on the point.
