I had intended going back to Bowood to day, but am obliged to defer it for a day or two longer, but I may as well ask you by post to fix a day to give me the pleasure of your company, as well as M^rs Talbot & two of your daughters to dine & sleep some early day at Bowood. Would Friday next suit you, by that day I shall certainly be there, & I expect Emily Shelburne will have followed me – tho’ she is waiting to see her father, who is coming from Scotland.
