Monsieur,

Sir,
I have just arrived in London and I would be most delighted to hear you are still in town. If so, I will hasten to come and see you at the day and time which you will be so good as to tell me, and to thank you personally for your last kind letter and for the beautiful photographic samples which you were kind enough to enclose with it. I will be busy tomorrow between 11 and 3 o’clock, on Monday between 9 and 4 o’clock, and on Tuesday from 9 o’clock until midday.
I am, with the deepest respect
Your very devoted
R Lepsius.
