We have duly received your letter <1> relative to a parcel received for you from the continent, & beg to inform that the parcel has been forwarded to us by Messrs Astasia & Fontaine of Manheim with directions to apply to you for payment of the goods with the expenses incurred upon them: a copy of the invoice we annex. We shall feel obliged if you will let us know soon as convenient whether we are to forward them to you or how we shall dispose of them.
