Your favour dated Paris the 12th Inst stating that you will take the Chambers At No 8 Albany on a Lease of 5 Years at 84 £ Pr Anm I have duly received; & in reply I beg leave to state that they are at your Service – but, you do not notice the few articles of Furniture & fixtures, which are expected to be taken at a Valuation – I shall therefore feel obliged by your stating in your next the address of your upholsterer in order that he may meet the Vendors, to settle the price that is to be paid for those Articles; & I shall be further obliged by your stating when you are likely to be here to execute the Agreement.
