Dear Sir,

I beg to return my best thanks to the Trustees for their present of the volume of Phœnician Inscriptions, <1> and request that it may be sent to me addressed

Millburn Tower
Gogar
near Edinburgh

and I should wish that it should be sent by the Great Northern Railway "to be left at Gogar station"

1. The minutes of the Trustees meeting of 25 July record that "Letters of acknowledgement from Mr. H. Fox Talbot, Dr Hincks and Mr. E. Norris for the copy of the Phœnician Inscriptions presented to each of them, were laid before the Board."
