The French Law is not as you say, but at the time your Patent was taken out, it was as if so, it is only within the last fifteen months that we have been informed of the alteration of the & in this particular. – at the time we advised you that you might get the time extended we were not aware but that it might be done, as we had recently done so with one of our Clients
