My dear Sir,
I am glad to find that the terms I submitted to you in my last, have met with your approbation.
When my Solicitor returns I will instruct him to prepare the Indentures in accordance with your wishes.
I am glad to find your Son has gone to Town to acquire the rudiments of free-hand drawing –
I hope he will endeavour as the time is short to master general principles rather than attempt to enter into detail – so that self culture may do the rest.
I am dear Sir, Your’s [sic] truly
Jno Prichard.
