Dear Sir
I have the honour to inform you that at a Special Meeting of the Photographic Society of London held last month, a change was made in the Bye Laws, by means of which gentlemen resident within the United Kingdom are rendered eligible for election as Honorary Members. <1> Following upon this modification, the Council unanimously recommended the names of: The Hon.
